This project is especially challenging working with an evolving plan set. Staying on top of changes and a close eye for detail are critical to keeping jobs like this on track and even harder to deliver to the high standards that are required. Utilization of monitoring tools helps keep the client and design team in the loop throughout the progression of the project. When design team members are unable to meet on site collaboration tools are going to be an ever increasing asset.
