AHEPA - DSM

AHEPA Senior housing center began construction in 2023. The facility is set adjacent to the old South Ridge Mall and DMAC campus in Des Moines IA. This project is set to be constructed in 3 fast moving phases. Documentation of the buildings’ construction has been undertaken by VMB in cooperation with Sage Building Components. We aim to innovate the building process and facilitate a more accurate and timely delivery of the framing package for the AHEPA project.
